Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how to cancel services with HiringPartner.ai (operated by BafarLabs / PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD).

1. Service Model (Pay-As-You-Go)

HiringPartner.ai operates primarily on a usage-based credit model. We do not impose automatic recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden renewal fees.

• No Cancellation Required: Since there are no recurring charges, there is no need to "cancel" a subscription plan. You are only charged when you manually purchase a credit package.
• Stopping Usage: To stop using the service, simply cease creating new Hiring Requests. No further costs will be incurred.
• Unused Credits: Any credits remaining in your wallet will stay valid for future use according to the terms of the specific package purchased.

2. Hiring Request Cancellation

• Before Processing: If you create a Hiring Request but cancel it before any candidates are processed (no resumes parsed, no calls made), no credits will be deducted.
• During Processing: You may stop/archive a Hiring Request at any time. However, credits already consumed for candidates processed up to that point (e.g., calls already made) are non-refundable. Queued actions that have not yet started will be cancelled, and those credits will remain in your wallet.

3. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and data, please send a request to support@hiringpartner.ai. Once processed, all your data, including candidate records and interview transcripts, will be permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.
