These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, "Client") and BafarLabs (legally registered as PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD; Corporate Identity Number: U62099KL2024PTC087549), operating the platform HiringPartner.ai (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the platform.

1. Introduction

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Site.

2. Our Services

HiringPartner.ai (a BafarLabs product) offers AI-powered recruitment automation tools, including:

  • Resume Screening: AI-based parsing and scoring of candidate documents.
  • AI Calling Agent: Automated voice screening services.
  • AI Video Interviewer: Automated video interviews and analytics.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform, its proprietary AI algorithms, and source code are owned by BafarLabs (PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD). You retain ownership of the candidate data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a license to process it solely for providing the Services to you.

4. User Representations

You warrant that:

  • You have the authority to bind the business entity you represent.
  • You have obtained necessary consents from candidates to process their data via AI tools (including recording calls/interviews).
  • You will not use the Platform for any illegal or discriminatory hiring practices.

5. Billing and Payments

Credits & Usage: Our services operate on a pay-as-you-go credit model. Specific actions (e.g., calls, interviews) consume credits from your wallet.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of credit packages at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. However, such price changes will not affect the value or quantity of credits you have already purchased and currently hold in your wallet.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways like Razorpay. You authorize BafarLabs (PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD) to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which are calculated at checkout.

6. AI Disclaimer

Our Services utilize Artificial Intelligence. We provide tools to assist in hiring but do not guarantee that a candidate will accept an offer or perform well. Final hiring decisions should always involve human review. We are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI scores.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BAFARLABS (PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD) BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any dispute arising regarding these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
