Refund Policy

At HiringPartner.ai (a product of BafarLabs / PRORESUMESIN SERVICES PVT LTD), we handle refunds based on the nature of our digital credit consumption model.
1. Nature of Digital Services
Our platform operates on a consumption model. When you use services (e.g., parsing a resume, triggering an AI call), we incur immediate compute and telephony costs. Therefore, credits that have already been consumed/used are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except in specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a system error prevented the service from being delivered (e.g., an AI interview failed to start due to our platform's error but credits were deducted), we will refund the credits to your wallet or original payment method.
- Billing Error: If you were charged twice for the same credit package due to a payment gateway error (Razorpay).
3. Refund Process
- Contact support@hiringpartner.ai within 7 days of the incident.
- Include your Transaction ID/Order ID and a description of the issue.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
4. Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement once it has been processed by our team.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Unused credits remaining at the end of a subscription (unless plan allows rollover).
- Dissatisfaction with AI scoring (as AI is subjective; transcripts are provided for your verification).
- Candidate no-shows (scheduling credits are consumed).
